Ainsworth Opening Today (Mon 9/18) at Hotel Indigo

The Hotel Indigo’s restaurant will be reopening today as the Ainsworth! The Ainsworth Newark is a multipurpose venue comprised of a full-scale restaurant, bar, lounge, wrap-around roof, and event space. It is their fourth Ainsworth location with two in New York (Chelsea and Midtown) and another in Hoboken.

ROOFTOP

The 3,000-square foot wrap-around roof is unique to the property as there is almost a 360-degree view of the surroundings and New York City. Patrons can lounge and take in the roof’s views while enjoying some of best cocktails The Ainsworth has to offer.

COCKTAILS/HAPPY HOUR

Handcrafted specialty cocktails that will be featured at the eatery include the Crooked Knife (jalepeño-infused deleon, lemon, agave) and The Ains Martini (ketel one citron, aperol, grapefruit, lemon). 

Happy Hour (4-7pm) offers $5 Beers and ½ Priced Wine.

The menu at The Ainsworth Newark will feature their critically acclaimed gourmet burger program, featuring The Ainsworth’s world-famous Mac & Cheese Burger, juicy steaks, and mouthwatering salads.
