Black Male Adult Volunteers Wanted

Great Expectations Freedom Schools program is a 6-week literacy (& much more) program for Black/Latino males in Newark in grades 3-8, it runs M-F from 8am-3pm. It'll start July 9th and run until August 17th. We have a maximum of 50 scholars, who are taught in classes of 10 scholars by 1 Servant Leader Intern (Black male volunteer). Besides reading at least 8-23 books for the summer (depending on their grade), the scholars go on trips, have lunch with leaders in the community, learn about their history, and have a great time!

Currently, we're looking for a few more Black male interns, must be at least a freshman in college, and willing to work for that timeframe.
