Election Day is here and here's your guide to exercising your right to vote.Polling Locations
Polling places open as early as 6am and remain open until 8pm.If you don't know your polling site - please visit these sites and put in your street address/zip:

As per the County Clerk's office - only 7 of the 108 polling sites are without power/access. Alternate locations were selected and are below.

Can't make it to the polls: Vote by fax/email
Can't make it to the polls because you are out of the area - you can still vote electronically until 8pm tomorrow. Here are the details and instructions. Basically you will need to fill out a voter application by 5pm. The clerk's office determines if you are a qualified voter and will send you an electronic ballot, which must be emailed or faxed in by 8pm.

Question #1: Do you approve the "Building Our Future Bond Act"? This bond act authorizes the State to issue bonds in the aggregate principal amount of $750 million to provide matching grants to New Jersey's colleges and universities. Money from the grants will be used to build, equip and expand higher education facilities for the purpose of increasing academic capacity.
Approval of this act would allow the proceeds of bonds to provide grants to NJ public and private colleges and universities to construct and enhance buildings to increase capacity.
Question #2: Do you approve an amendment to the New Jersey Constitution, as agreed to by the Legislature, to allow contributions set by law to be taken from the salaries of Supreme Court Justices and Superior Court Judges for their employee benefits?
Approval of this would require judges stated above would contribute to their pension and health care coverage (from their salaries) during their terms.
