There is a silent competition on Mt. Prospect Street (in North Ward) for who has the best Cuban. We've featured Omar's Cafe before, but showcased their beef steak sandwich (which they are better known for). This time I was joined by Paul Pattwell of the Newark Public Library for a Cuban at Melanie's.
