Hahne’s Building to Offer 64 Affordable Apartments

The Hahne & Co building at 50 Halsey Street, downtown will be ready for occupancy early January 2017 according to representatives. There will be 64 affordable apartments consisting of studios, one, two and three bedrooms. Each apartment will have modern amenities including an open floor plan, stainless steel appliances and in-unit washer/dryers. There will be 24 hour emergency maintenance service and two way entry access system into the building. All units are handicap adaptable. Pricing ranges from $641-961 for studio, $686 - 1029 for 1 bedrooms, $824-1236 for 2 bedrooms and $1428 for 3 bedrooms depending on your income.

There will also be two information sessions to find out how the lotter works, eligibility requirements, what happens after you apply and how to prepare for the interview. Full-time students are NOT eligible, part-time students only are eligible.
