Halloween 2013: Family Activities

Let's finally celebrate Halloween with a beautiful fall day. There are lots of fun activities for the children and families for Halloween this year.

Central Ward Halloween Parade & Party

3-6pm @ JFK Recreation Center; parade of costumes; 8 stations of activities and candy; and more!

Ironbound Halloween Parade and Festival

2-4:30: Pre Parade Party at Peter Francisco Park with contests, pony rides, bands, characters and snacks.
4:30-5:30: Parade down Ferry Street
5:30-7:30: More games, bands, and activities at Ironbound B Stadium.

North Ward/Branch Brook Halloween

3:30-6:30pm at Branch Brook Park Cherry Blossom Center; For children 4-9 years old; Contest for Spooky Pet; Parade and festivities; Rain or Shine

South Ward Halloween Party

6-9pm at Donald Tucker Center for children of all ages

Howl-O-Ween @ Turtle Back Zoo

4-9pm: trick-or-treat at the Zoo! With 30 candy stations throughout the grounds. Try the famous "Not-So-Scary" Train Ride! Registration is at the Zoo main office during regular visiting hours. $3 per Member & $5 per Non-Member
