Tuesday & Wednesday: October 27 & 28

• M&M's Pop-Up Store: 10am-7pm (10/27-28) - FREE
  Free Costumers for children under 12 
  Free M&M's Chocolate Candies for everyones
   
• M&M's Family Fun Zone: 4-8pm (10/28) - FREE
  Family Friendly Activities including dance-off, live DJ, free candy
  Special appearance by Kelly Rowland

Friday: October 30

• HalloWEEn on Halsey
  10am-2pm: Mommy & Me Craft at GlassRoots - FREE
  3:30-5pm: Tot Party at Burger Walla - FREE
  4pm: Mini One-Block Parade down Halsey Street with Trick or Treating - FREE
   
• Ironbound Fall Festival Parade: 4:30-7pm - FREE
  Floats and festivities down Ferry Street
  Costume Contest

Satuday: October 31

• Annual Children's Halloween in North Ward: 10:30am-2pm - FREE
  Parade starts at corner of 2nd Ave & Mt. Prospect Ave and ends at Flamboyan Manor
  Candy, gifts, refreshments, entertainment and more! Music, Games, Fun, Treats & Prizes
   
• Halloween Parade at First Street Park: 12-4pm - FREE
  Costume Contest at 1:30pm, Parade starts at 2:30pm
   
• Halloween Fun Day @ CityPlex 12: 12-5pm - FREE
  Magic Show, Balloon Artist, Face Painter, Pumpkin Painting, Games
   
• Community Trick or Treat @ Malcolm X Shabazz High School: 1-3pm - FREE
  Children 5-12 years old 
   
• Halloween Spooktacular @ Vince Lombardi Center for Hope: 2-6pm - FREE
  Candy Bags, Music, Dancing, Face Painting, Games and more!
   
• Trick or Treat @ Mt. Pleasant Cemetery: 2-5pm - FREE
  Learn about Newark's past with volunteers dressed like famous Newarkers
