NJPAC - 1 Center StreetFree & Open to the Public, first come, first served. All are welcome to come witness mayor-elect Ras J. Baraka take the oath of office as Newark's 40th Mayor. Newly elected Municipal Council Members will also be sworn in. Oaths will be administered by Former Governor and NJ Senator Richard J. Codey.
