Is Newark UNFriendly

Newark was recently rated the MOST unfriendly city in the World by Conde Nast Travel. Not state, not United States, but the WORLD! Although the readers commented on the great Portuguese food, I think they were stuck with perceptions based on their airport experience and not the city itself.

Well some Newarkers are taking it to the street. Today at noon, Emily Manz and Gizelle Clemens will be going out at lunch time at 744 Broad Street with signs that say "Proud Member of the Local Crowd," "I'm with Meanie," "Don't I look friendly?" and more! Stop by to take a photo or get your photo taken and show the world a true Newark.
