Newark Pulse Day: 4th Anniversary
NewarkPulse.com is proud to be a part of the community for FOUR years and excited to enter our fifth year. NewarkPulse is the longest running positive news site for Newark. We've come a long way since we began and have accomplished a lot:
- just shy of 1,000,000 unique visitors!
- the only website to post updates all weekend during Hurricane Sandy reaching over 15,000 residents over 3 days.
- Broke the news about Whole Foods and Chipotle coming to Newark
- hosted 3 Shop Local campaigns
- created Newark Small Business Week (2013) with 700+ registered attendees
- published an "off-campus" guide to Newark for college students (2010-2013)
- created the ultimate summer guide to Newark (2013)
