Newark’s Firebolt Wi-Fi Network Expands to Rutgers-Newark Campus

Newark's Firebolt Wi-Fi Network that was announced in August is expanding to the Rutgers-Newark campus. Students will have outdoor broadband connectivity from campus to Washington Park, Military Park, and Broad and Market.  The network is the fastest, outdoor, free Wi-Fi in the country and has been a major policy priority for Mayor Baraka.
