Pop-Up Holiday Market Opens Downtown
Melvin Sykes, commercial real estate broker, is at it again... helping to transform vacant spaces downtown into bustling areas. He did it in October by filling the 744 Broad Street space with the M&M's Halloween Pop-Up Shop. Now he has filled the empty spaces with unique, artsy, creative individuals for a Holiday Market.
These local entrepreneuers have taken the space to explore the downtown market for future storefronts. Kern Bruce, one of the artisans believes "It's a great avenue for very small businesses that may not have the capital to fully start out on their own."
Here are some of the vendors that are selling everything from music, candles, jewelry, clothing, art, bath and body products and more!
