Preview: Halsey Festival 2016

This Thursday is Halsey Festival 2016. If you're on the facebook event page it's hard to keep track of all that is coming to the festival. Here's a concise guide to all being offered.

The Basics... Thursday, September 8 from 4:30-9:30pm on Halsey between Central and New Street.

SPORTS & GAMES

Most of the gaming can be found on New Street (between Halsey & Washington), but some are splattered through the festival

• Red Bulls and their community party, Just One Soccer will have a soccer skills area. (free)
• Coca Cola is testing your football skills (and for those that want to see the first NFL game of the season, it'll be on the big screen inside Burger Walla)
• Miniature Golf sponsored by Barnes & Noble (free)
• Free Skate on Bleeker St in front of stage (free)
• Corn hole by Jimmy Johns (free)
• Big sized Jenga by NJPAC (free)
• Chess and board games by Military Park Partnership (free)
