RU Hungry (of New Brunswick) Coming to Downtown Newark

RU Hungry will be opening in downtown Newark near Rutgers-Newark at the corner of University Ave and Bleeker Street. The famed former food truck of Rutgers (New Brunswick) is now a brick and mortar restaurant on their campus at The Yard. 

RU Hungry received national coverage of it's Fat Darrell sandwich that has chicken fingers, mozzarella sticks and fries! The Fat Darrell sandwich made Maxim's #1 sandwich in the country in 2004 and gained more national coverage when Adam Richman of Man vs Food visited in 2009!

RU Hungry is hoping to open by September.
