Smoke Free Zones Expand to Parks and More

The law bans smoking within municipal parks and recreation facilities and within 50 feet of a municipal building's entrance, exit, windows, or ventilators. The ordinance signed by Mayor Baraka also expands the definition of smoking to include hookahs and electronic cigarettes.
