Social Etiquette Registration Open

The city is holding classes in "Etiquette and Social Protocol" for adults and children aged 8-17. The classes will teach residents the basics of manners and dining skills, in the atmosphere of a five-star dinner, on Saturday, April 28, at the Boylan Recreation Center, 916 South Orange Avenue, from 11am to 1pm.

Registration is required for the free class, and applications are available now only at the Central Office of the Division of Recreation and Cultural Affairs, at 94 William Street, 2nd Floor. Registration hours are from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday. Class size is limited to 40 students, so early registration is encouraged. The class is restricted to Newark residents only, and proof of residency is required upon registration.
