Teen Audience for TTYL

This Saturday, September 29, TTYL invites you to be a part of their studio audience here in Newark for youth 16-24. Similar to the 90's show "Teen Summit" - the show will discuss current events, everything from serious world news to pop culture. This week they will be discussing Trayvon Martin and the shootings over the summer in Ohio and Old Bridge, NJ, moderated by four hosts and local lawyer, Kyana Woolridge.

The show is a creation of two Newark Public School teachers, Amanee Rice and Ayana Stafford. Their goal is to provide the youth a platform to voice their opinions.

The shoot is scheduled for September 29, 2012 at the Ironbound Film and Television Studio located 164 Delancy Street Newark, NJ 07105. Students (aged 16-24) MUST arrive at 8:30am for rehearsal, filming will commence at 10:00am SHARP and wrap at 12:00pm. Students are invited to stay after filming is complete for lunch. They ask that the students have an idea of what questions they would like to ask the panel and that they arrive ON TIME with signed release form.
