Sign of the Times: Ramen, Japanese and China Lounge

Looks like Newark will be getting new Asian restaurants soon. New signs and "news" posted...

A new sign for Ramen Gami (above) was put up on MLK Blvd in University Heights across from Mueller's and next door to Intrinsic Cafe. 

In the Springfield Marketplace (with ShopRite), Sarku Japan will be opening up. They are a national chain - found often in malls. There is another location close by in Elizabeth. 

And maybe we will see the old Skippers come alive with a Chinese Soul Lounge as per the poster in their window.
